2. Product Information:
We make every effort to accurately describe our sculptures, including their materials, dimensions, and any unique characteristics. However, please note that due to the handmade nature of some pieces, slight variations may occur. Images on the Website are for illustrative purposes only, and actual colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor.

3. Ordering and Payment:

• By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a sculpture under these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

• Prices are listed in US currency and are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs and applicable taxes will be added to your order total.

4. Shipping and Delivery:

• We will arrange for shipping to the address you provide during the checkout process. Please ensure this address is accurate and complete.

• Risk of loss and title for purchased sculptures pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

• You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or other fees that may be applicable in your country.

5. Returns and Exchanges:

• We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to discuss a return or exchange.

• To be eligible for a return or exchange, the sculpture must be returned in its original, undamaged condition and packaging.

• You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., a damaged or incorrect item).

• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned sculpture. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
